A "work-from-home job" is advertised, asks for a "registration fee" or "training kit" — then vanishes with the money.

Each is a different failure of the same system: no licensed party stands between candidate and employer, accountable for the match. So we built one.

Every employer clears all five checks below before a single candidate sees the role.
SSM check, or the equivalent registry in the employer's jurisdiction. We refuse anonymous "client" intermediaries.

We read the candidate-facing contract. The payment schedule must be clear and termination terms reasonable. No "training fees" or onboarding charges, ever.

For new employers, we ask for two reachable references from past contractors or employees.
“So a brand-new ‘company’ can’t invent a track record overnight.”
The employer must demonstrate a clean track record of paying contractors on time — or post a deposit.

We follow up with every matched candidate after week one and month one. If payment slips, the employer is delisted.

You will never be asked to pay KerjaSpot a registration fee, a deposit, or a "processing charge". JTKSM rules prohibit it, and so do we. Our fee is paid by the employer — a one-time placement fee that is only invoiced once you start working.
