Terms of Use
The agreement between you and KerjaSpot when you use this site or our matching service.
1. Acceptance
By submitting a form, contacting us via WhatsApp, or otherwise using kerjaspot.world, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who we are
KerjaSpot is a brand of Agensi Pekerjaan Affluent RF Sdn. Bhd. (SSM Registration No. 1099483-W), a JTKSM-licensed private employment agency (Lesen No. JTKSM 545, Category B, valid 15 February 2025 to 14 February 2027) with its registered address at No. 42A, Jalan Gaya 1, Taman Gaya, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.
3. The service
KerjaSpot matches candidates with verified part-time, freelance, and remote work opportunities offered by third-party employers. We are a matcher, not the employer. Final hiring decisions, payment terms, and working arrangements are between you and the employer.
4. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be legally entitled to work in Malaysia or for Malaysian employers.
- The information you submit must be accurate and truthful.
5. Fees
KerjaSpot is free for candidates. We are paid by employer partners. We will never ask you to pay a fee, deposit, or "processing charge" to be matched. If anyone claiming to represent KerjaSpot asks you for money, report it to inquiry@kerjaspot.world immediately.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or defraud any party.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site.
- Do not impersonate another person or entity.
7. Communications
By submitting your WhatsApp number, you consent to be contacted by KerjaSpot and our matching team via WhatsApp, phone, or email for the purpose of matching you with opportunities. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
8. Disclaimers
We use reasonable efforts to verify employer partners and the legitimacy of opportunities, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or job placement. Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KerjaSpot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or from any employer's acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
10. Intellectual property
The KerjaSpot name, logo, site content, and design are owned by KerjaSpot. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without our written permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
