About the role
First-line technical support for a multinational's Kuala Lumpur office. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues for a friendly, well-equipped team. Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
What you'll do
- Handle first-line support requests from staff in the KL office.
- Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, software, and basic network issues.
- Set up new starters with hardware and access.
- Escalate complex issues to regional IT and follow up to resolution.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of IT support experience.
- Comfortable with Windows, macOS, common office software, and basic networking.
- Patient communicator — happy helping non-technical colleagues.
- Available Mon to Fri, on-site in KL.
